Architect
In the south transept is a memorial to Sir Thomas Robinson, architect, and his wife Elizabeth, Lady Lechmere. The monument incorporates two busts.

Nicholas Rowe, Poet Laureate and dramatist, was buried in Poets' Corner. His monument was moved to the triforium and can be seen there.

Dr Richard Busby, who held the post of Head Master of Westminster School for 55 years, is buried beneath the pavement of the Choir.

A statue to Oscar Romero, modern martyr and saint, was unveiled in July 1998 and stands above the west entrance to Westminster Abbey. Sculptor John Roberts.

Statesman
In the south aisle of the nave of Westminster Abbey is a white marble monument to Sir Palmes Fairborne. The sculptor was John Bushnell.

Politician, Sailor and Scientist
John Hussey, Lord Delaval, his wife Susanna and daughter Sarah are buried in St Paul's chapel. Admiral Sir Ralph Delaval is buried in the nave.

John Varnam
Gardener
John Varnam or Varneham, gardener of Westminster, was buried in St Margaret's Church on 15th December 1586 aged 46. There was once a long epitaph to him but this no longer remains.
